- Unboxing Video is mandatory — from opening the package to showing the damaged product clearly.
- Include photos of the product showing visible damage or defects.
- Submit both the video and images within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Without this evidence, we will not be able to process your request, as it helps us verify the issue and take up the matter with our shipping partners or production team.
